Delivery and returns
The goods are delivered throughout Ukraine by Nova Poshta.
If the order amount is over UAH 1,200 , delivery to the Nova Poshta branch/post office is free .
Delivery by Nova Poshta courier - at Nova Poshta rates
Delivery is carried out from Tuesday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. within 3 days from the moment of placing the order.
As soon as the order is collected and sent for shipment, you will receive a message from Nova Poshta.
International orders
We deliver by Ukrposhta, Meest, Nova Poshta. Delivery dates depend on the country of delivery. Please contact our managers to calculate the cost of delivery.
Parcels go to Europe in up to 10 days by air. During quarantine and war, delivery time may be longer than stated by courier services. If you have questions about international delivery, write to us at anna@healthytradition.com.ua
